Yes, we offer short-term lease options for an additional premium.

Yes, Slate at Merrimack is a pet-friendly community. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.

Most destinations are easily accessible by car or bike, with select nearby locations within walking distance.
What amenities are offered on-site (such as pool, fitness center, clubhouse, or coworking space)?
Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor patio with fire pit and gas grills, fitness center with yoga/spin studio, sauna, clubroom, game room, and package room.
What parking options are available, including garages, guest parking, or EV charging stations?
Free outdoor parking is available. Assigned garage parking is offered for $100–$125 per month. EV charging stations are available indoors and outdoors.
Are there laundry facilities in the units or on-site?
Every apartment includes a full-size in-home washer and dryer.
Are utilities included in the rent, and which services are residents responsible for?
Utilities are not included. Residents are responsible for technology, pest, trash, water/sewer, and electric service (billed directly by Eversource).
Do apartments include modern appliances, patios/balconies, or extra storage space?
Apartments feature GE appliances, private balconies, quartz countertops, spacious kitchen islands, and optional storage for an additional fee.

How can I apply for an apartment, and what documents or fees are required?
Applications can be completed online at www.slateatmerrimack.com. A $50 application fee per person applies, and income verification is required through Snappt.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
Move-in costs typically include first month’s rent, administrative fees, technology, pest, and trash fees, utility setup fees, and a $500 security deposit for qualified applicants.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes, renters’ insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
A 60-day notice to vacate is required. Lease termination includes a two-month lease break fee.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
Maintenance requests may be submitted through the resident portal, by contacting the leasing office, or by phone. Emergency requests are handled immediately, and most others within 24 hours.
